All reps start with a guaranteed base pay of $27.50 per appointment, so you’re paid regardless of sales. On top of that, there’s unlimited earning potential through performance-based incentives, bonuses, and commission.

Short answer: there are none! Work schedules are fully flexible. Whether you’re in school, working another job, or balancing other commitments, you can set appointments around your availability and adjust weekly or even daily.
